Manage Your Subscription

Subscriptions to Distressed Dispatch are handled by a company called Lemon Squeezy who is a Merchant of Record that manages sales tax compliance, etc. on behalf of Distressed Dispatch. (All actual payment processing is done by Stripe who acquired Lemon Squeezy in 2024.)

As such, you can manage your subscription online, with a few clicks, through Lemon Squeezy: click the button below, enter the email address associated with your order, and you'll then be able to change your credit card information, cancel your subscription, etc.

Note: As you might have noticed, the charge on your credit card from Distressed Dispatch is LEMSQZY*DISTRESSDISPATCH or similar. Further, you might have noticed that on your receipt and invoice the Lemon Squeezy corporate address and contact information is present. This might look a bit odd at first blush but this is because Lemon Squeezy is a Merchant of Record and all payments first flow through them.

Note: You'll also notice that on your receipts and invoices it's suggested that if you have any issues with your order (technical or otherwise) that you should contact them, not me. Once again, this is because they're a Merchant of Record and are supposed to handle most customer service issues. However, of course, that's not needed in our case. If there are ever any issues whatsoever, you should always feel free to reach out to me and I'll try to handle it.
